    Description: Project Goal: 1. Extraction of bioactive compounds to be loaded in biopolymers for the production of smart materials. 2. Production of smart active packaging films and hydrogels and 3D scaffolds loaded with active compounds using native and modified biopolymers to be used in the food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries.

Preparation of future foods using 3D printing technology. 3. Analysis of in-vitro digestibility and bio-potentiality of prepared food on human health.
